As with any accounting software, initial setup is most important if the system is to provide useful reports. We are highly experienced in setting up the program having established your requirements to ensure you obtain the most from the system. Our approach is to:
- Meet to discuss and fully understand your business
- Establish the reports and information you require
- Make suggestions as to what additional reports and information are available
Having established what is required we will then set up as necessary:
- The Chart of Accounts (the headings in your accounts) subject to discussion with you so that it is tailored to your business
- Classes which may reduce the size of the chart of accounts
- Customers and Jobs formats to enable automatic job costing
- Sales items
- Stock control
- Stock control for manufacturing
- Payroll
- Prepare templates (standard layouts) for all required documents according to you desired layout, such as:
- Sales invoices
- Statements
- Orders
- Estimates
- Foreign currencies
- Time tracking
- VAT
