Once the system is set up to meet the needs of your business, we provide training to staff who will be using the system and write an operating manual tailored to your use of the program.
In our experience, hosting a seminar and talking about the benefits of using QuickBooks is a useful way of making people aware of the benefits of the program. However, it I essential that we follow up with training for the specific organisation and we have even hosted training sessions at firms of Chartered Accountants who wish to understand more comprehensively the system preferred by their clients.
Training is tailored to your needs and our charges are quoted in advance. If you then need help with data entry, we can provide our trained staff to assist. We usually meet, free of charge, with potential clients to establish whether the program can offer what they require.
Once the system is fully operational we can prepare an operating manual which is specific to your business and can easily be updated as your operations expand.
